LOGIN AND REGISTRATION ON MOTOMARINE WEBSITE
If this is your first time approaching Motomarine website you should first proceed with the registration of your data. If you are a registered user and you already have a user name and a password, please enter this information in the designed fields. After you have logged in, you can proceed with the order and complete the payment (you need a prior approval from the sales office).
WHAT TYPE OF BROWSER SHOULD I USE TO SURF AND MAKE ORDERS THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
For surfing Motomarine website you can use the most common browsers. However, for a best compatibility and default setting, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox updated to the latest version available. The software can be downloaded freeware in Italian version on the web and you can get it by doing a quick search by a search engine such as Google. If you use Internet Explorer, since version 7 onwards, or another browser, we suggest you to check inside the settings whether the cookies are enabled or not. Sometimes, in fact, some default settings can prevent browsing, opening windows or using some additional features of the site.
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
1. If you already know the code item select the "EURO cart" on the top right. You can write it directly into the field "Code". 2. If you do not know the code you can identify the product by following the link and then insert it by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the right. If the item chosen is incorrect or unwanted you can remove it by clicking on "remove" button and the item will be removed from the "shopping cart". Once you have finished the shopping you need to confirm your order. You will be also asked to confirm the destination address followed by a further confirmation. Your order will be delivered to Motomarine after a few seconds.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PURCHASED GOODS?
An online purchase is usually delivered to the courier within approximately 48 hours. The courier should deliver the goods within 3 days (5 days for the islands). Note that the average time for mail delivery is about 12 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COMPLETE THE PURCHASE?
If the order or the cart are left incomplete, they will be kept active, i.e. ready to be reused for up to 36 hours after the last session used for the products purchase.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
The type and method of payment must be agreed with the sales department. Extended payment terms are not allowed for invoices which amount is lower than € 200.00. The packaging costs will be applied in the amount of 1% of the value of the goods.
HOW CAN I TRACE MY PURCHASE?
There are more methods that can be used in order to trace the purchase; if sent by courier BRT - Bartolini: from the Documents section of your online customer area, you can see the tracking in the column next to the shipping document by clicking on the specific link ( BRT ); you can click directly on the link Bartolini located under the window LOGIN (area access credentials ) and fill the request by entering the number of shipment indicated in the email that will be sent to you when goods have been shipped; you can contact our customer service at +39 040 225 571 or send an email request to info@motomarine.it .
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS.
All returns and replacements must be authorized by MOTOMARINE. The delivery of goods is meant F.O.B. our warehouse in Trieste within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, by giving note to MOTOMARINE within 10 days from the date of goods delivery.
