Personal data processed and purposes of processing

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this website collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by the users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of: - obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); - checking the correct functioning of the services offered. The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are cancelled immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial authorities).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the work addresses on the website, as well as the compilation and submission of the forms present on the website, entail the collection of the sender contact details, necessary in order to reply, and of all personal data included in the communications. Legal basis of processing

The Company can process the aforementioned personal data even without specific consent, as the legal basis for the lawfulness of the processing derives from the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (e.g. request for information via email), as well as for the pursuit of legitimate interest of the Company to promote and carry out its statutory purposes. The provision of data for the aforementioned purposes is free and optional; however, any refusal makes it impossible for the Company to follow up on the aforementioned purpose.

Method of processing

The data are entered into an electronic database and/or stored in paper archives. The data are not subject of an automated decision-making process, nor are subject of profiling of any kind.

Data addresses

Personal data may be known by Company collaborators and employees, such as persons authorized for data processing and specifically instructed for it. The data may be disclosed to external parties (e.g. companies that manage web platforms, agencies connected or belonging to other territorial realities, etc.) for the purposes outlined above, should there be a need for their involvement. The same subjects will operate as independent Data Controllers, or will be designated as Data Processors.

Data storage period

The Company will keep the data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes specified above and also to respond to any need for data access and recover. After 24 months from the acquisition (7 days for navigation data), if there is no further need for contact or storage obligations, the data will be deleted.

Rights of the interested part

The rights recognized include those of: request access to your personal data and information relating to them; the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones; the deletion of personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in article 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided in paragraph 3 of the same article); the limitation of the processing of personal data (in the event of one of the hypotheses indicated in article 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR); request and obtain - in cases where the legal basis of the processing is the contract or the consent, and the same is carried out by automated means - personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to data portability); oppose the processing of personal data at any time in the event of particular situations that concern him/her; withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases in which the processing is based on the consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example, date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (for example, data revealing health status or sexual life). The processing based on the consent and carried out prior to the revocation of the same preserves, however, its lawfulness; With reference to the aforementioned purposes, the interested party has the right to proceed, at any time, with the request to terminate the processing as well as the sending of email communications from the Company, with a request to be presented to the contacts indicated above.

Right to submit a claim

The interested party, if he/she considers that his/her rights have been compromised, has the right to submit a complaint with the Guarantor authority for the protection of personal data, based in Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121 - 00186 Roma (Rome).
