Schenker Watermaker

Range of Schenker ZEN series reverse osmosis watermakers for vessels, available in four models with production capacities of 30 L/h, 50 L/h, 100 L/h and 150 L/h, designed to meet the needs of 1 to 10 people on board.

The systems use reverse osmosis technology to produce fresh water from seawater, ensuring water autonomy while underway. The units feature compact dimensions and an optimized layout, allowing easy installation and flexible positioning even in limited spaces.

The configuration is designed to simplify connection to existing onboard systems, reducing installation time and complexity. Schenker watermakers, as an alternative to the high-pressure pumps used in traditional systems, employ a patented “Energy Recovery System” that amplifies the pressure generated by low-pressure pumps and recovers hydraulic energy from the membranes, reducing energy consumption by up to 80%.

Typical applications: charter vessels, boats undertaking long passages, and vessels without direct access to potable water sources.The system is suitable for increasing autonomy, reducing dependence on external supply, and ensuring efficient onboard water resource management.
