Professional ice maker in stainless steel, designed to ensure durability and resistance even in marine environments. It produces crystal-clear, compact, and high-quality ice. Equipped with an internal refrigeration unit, air or water condensation system, and automatic sanitizing cycle, it guarantees consistent performance and optimal hygiene. Power supply 220–240V, easy and customizable to use thanks to touch controls, ice cube weight adjustment, and production programming.
The VF28 BRIGHT model features predictive malfunction analysis, performance monitoring, HACCP report, and a USB connection for software updates and data download, while the BRIGHT PLUS version adds Cloud IoT connectivity and advanced diagnostics for intelligent control and even more efficient system management.
