Professional stainless steel ice maker, designed to ensure durability and resistance even in marine environments. It produces crystal-clear, compact, high-quality ice. Equipped with an internal refrigeration unit, air-or-water-cooled condenser, and automatic sanitizing cycle, it ensures consistent performance and optimal hygiene. Power supply 220–240V. User-friendly and fully customizable thanks to touch controls, adjustable ice cube size, and programmable production settings.
The VF28 BRIGHT model features predictive fault analysis, performance monitoring, HACCP reporting, and a USB port for software updates and data download. The BRIGHT PLUS version adds Cloud IoT connectivity and advanced diagnostics for intelligent control and even more efficient system management.
