High-reliability, premium-quality mechanical seals with a rotating ring in AISI 316L Stainless Steel, a stationary Graphite ring, and a Nitrile sleeve reinforced with Kevlar fiber. The GV version with hose connector allows water lubrication and is ideal for boats exceeding 20 knots, where the stuffing box or stern tube may run dry due to vacuum caused by speed. Sealing is ensured by perfect contact between the rotating and stationary rings, without the need for grease or gaskets. It also tolerates misalignment and does not wear the shaft at the contact areas. It can be installed directly on the stern tube or on the stuffing box head.
