Manual activation EPIRB safety device with integrated AIS, compliant with the new IMO MSC471 resolution. The position can be detected both by the rescue coordination center and by any vessel equipped with AIS. The distress signal is transmitted via GPS, Galileo, and MEOSAR satellite networks. Category 2 activation is manual or automatic by immersion if released from its bracket. Supplied complete with strobe light, infrared signal, mounting bracket, and 5.5-meter floating lanyard.
